Travel RN Requisition – NICU (Level IV)

Assignment Details

• Start Dates: October 20, 2025 & November 3, 2025
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day Shift – 3x12s (07:00 AM – 07:00 PM)
• Block Scheduling: Not permitted (weekend block may be discussed during interview)
• Weekend Requirement: As needed
• Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
• Orientation: 16 hours (non-billable)
• Holiday Requirement: Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
• RTO: Must be submitted with profile; post-offer RTO will not be considered
• Local Radius Rule: 100 miles – strict
• Locals Accepted: No
• Pending License Accepted: No – must be fully compliant with NLC guidelines
  
  

Requirements

• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years NICU experience – strict
• First-time travelers accepted with 3+ years NICU experience
• Licensure:
• Must be in compliance with NLC guidelines
• Certifications:
• BLS required
• BSN preferred
• Special Requirements:
• NICU Level IV experience required
• Must be able to care for well babies and attend deliveries as resuscitation nurse
